Which tenancy agreements do we use?

We use assured short hold tenancy agreement. The agreement allows for a refundable deposit to be taken in addition to rent in advance, and allows possession to be gained by the landlord at the end of the fixed term or during the term for breach of contract. In al cases a written schedule of condition is agreed with the tenant to prevent disputes at the end of the tenancy. top
