The HomeFile is designed to give you a head start in the moving process and can save up to four weeks in your move time once a buyer is found. When you instruct us to market your property we are able, at the same time, to instruct your Team Conveyancing lawyer to prepare a HomeFile for you immediately, rather than waiting for a sale to be arranged. This enables a contract to be issued as soon as a buyer is found.

The HomeFile process comprises:-

• Obtaining your Title Deeds from your lender.
• Obtaining Office Copies of your legal title from HM Land Registry.
• Obtaining your replies to the Property and Sellers Information forms.
• The preparation of a draft contract and full set of papers ready to be sent out as soon as the buyer is found.
